Thursday (Land)
Tour to the south along the coast. Breakfast at famous chicharroneria Sarita to try the best deep fried pork sandwiches Pan Con Chicharron (Peruvian chicharrones are pork meat not pork fat). Visit to pisco distilleries in Azpitia, the winners of the last few Peruvian National Pisco Competetitions. Lunch at a typical Chancho al palo restaurant. A whole piglet is roasted over open fire. Return to Lima, dinner at Osso or Panchita.
Friday (Sea)
Early tour of the fish market of Ventanilla. Return to hotel to rest. Lunch at Javier Wong, the best Ceviche Master of the World Chef market visit in the PM, time off for shopping at Inca Market Dinner at Maido
Saturday (Air)
City tour of Lima Downtown. Lunch at Villas Chicken to try the unique Peruvian rotisserie chicken. Time off on your own Dinner at Costanera 700 or Chifa Wa Lok for Pato a la Pekinesa, Peking Duck Peruvian Style. Costanera 700 is one of the historical restaurants of chefs, while Chifa Wa Lok is the best Peruvian Chinese restaurant.
Sunday (Under Earth)
Peruvian Style Breakfast with Tamales, Chicharrones, Coffee and more at Café Tostado. Tour to Pachacamac. Presenting Pachamanca to the group. Food is buried. Visit of the Pachacamac Ruins while food cooks. Lunch at Pachamanca place. Return to City to have a coffee and dessert at Cuatro D the best gelateria in Lima with tropical flavored gelato. Last Cocktails on Sunset at Rosa Nautica with small bites. Departture for Airport

Arrival in the US
